Brief description of Weald Division KBKA
The Weald branch of the Kent BeeKeepers Assoc. sends all its members a short monthly news letter in addition to Bee Craft & Kentish Bee. Each month it holds informal and friendly meetings. They are usually held at members' houses or apiaries and consist of a talk or demonstration on the bee-keeping year and a bee related subject. These meetings are usually held out of doors in the fair weather months.

In October we hold our annual honey show where there are a number of cups and prizes to be won, tea and cakes are sold and is a get together for members.

Our group is always ready to offer support to new and experienced beekeepers alike. This is particularly important in the face of the new challenges to bee keeping and I think is appreciated.

We also has a swarm distribution service and information service.
