Please click on the link above to help you determine if you have a swarm of honey bees, see also the word document link below for further advice from the British Beekeepers Association then read below for details of local contact and advice.

If you are in the Gravesham area (Gravesend, Northfleet, Istead Rise, Meopham, Sole Street, Shorne, Cobham, Higham or Longfield) and have found a swarm of  honey bees.

Stay Calm, the bees are, so do not worry they will probably move on very soon, however, please contact the nearest person to you from the list on the right. For a speedy response using the mobile number will probably be the best option.

If the nearest person to you does not answer then please try another Beekeeper on the list.

If you speak to a Beekeeper who cannot attend they will be very happy to advise you and then ask you to ring another Beekeeper on the list.

Hopefully, we will be able to help and a Beekeeper will get to you as soon as possible to collect the swarm.

For all other areas please see the Kent Beekeepers Association website Swarms page for further contacts and information.

FOR SWARMS IN THE MEDWAY AREA PLEASE VISIT MEDWAY COUNCIL'S SITE FOR THE LATEST ADVICE AND HELP.
