BEEKEEPERS have turned out in force to show off their produce at a show devoted to honey.

The annual Bromley and Orpington honey show was held at Emmanuel Church, The Grove, West Wickham, and attracted more than 200 people.
There were 114 entrants in the homemade honey, biscuit, cake, art and candle competitions. Many stalls were offering honey-based goods for sale, including make-up, while children got the chance to roll their own candles.

Bromley Beekeepers' Association show secretary Peter Bashford said: "It's all about promoting beekeeping. On the whole it was a good day."
