Title: Into Africa - Bees, Beekeeping, and the Reason Why

Speaker: Trisha Marlow, Master Beekeeper

Trisha is a bee farmer, based in the Shropshire Hill. She is busy on the lecture circuit (SICAMM/BIBBA conference, National Honey Show), and as a project manager for Bees Abroad. Somehow she also runs Camlad Apiaries on the edge of the Long Mynd. That's challenging bee country, as seen from here.

Date: Tuesday 19th April 2016

Time: 7.30pm start.

Venue: The Kent House Road Leisure Gardens (opposite Woodbastwick Road), 91a Kent House Road, Sydenham, Kent SE26 5LJ.

There will be refreshments in the interval, and hopefully time for questions after that.

As usual, there will be no charge. A “hat” will be circulated during the evening for “Bees Abroad”. We thank Trisha for donating her lecture fee to “Bees Abroad”.
